Roger D. Moore, CPA Roger is a shareholder and founder of MK CPA Group, P.C.  Roger graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree.  Since graduation, Roger has worked in public accounting with KPMG and a large local CPA firm and was a member of senior management for Compass Bank.  A CPA since 1969, he is a member of the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants, the AICPA and the Tax Section of the AICPA. Donald A. Kilpatrick, CPA Don is a shareholder at MK CPA Group, P.C., and has been with the firm since its inception in 1982.  Don graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree.  He has worked as a correspondence auditor with AmSouth Bank and as the CFO of a chemical distribution company.  A CPA since 1981, he is a member of the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA. Thomas W. Moore, CPA Vice President and Manager of Client Services of MK CPA Group, P.C.  Tommy graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science degree.  He has been with the firm over 10 years, after a brief tenure as Business Manager/VP Finance for an advertising agency and furniture retailer he returned to the firm in April of 2003.  Tommy has been a CPA since 1998 and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.  He is a member of the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants, the AICPA and the Consulting Services Section of the AICPA. Carol A. Colbert, Senior Accountant Carol graduated from Auburn University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science Degree.  She completed her Accounting Equivalency requirements at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2003.  Carol's previous employers were Pearce, Bevill, Leesburg, Moore, P.C. and John C. Breckenridge, Jr., P.C. The supporting staff of MK CPA Group, P.C. are experienced professionals.  The varied backgrounds and experience levels of the principals and staff enable the firm to provide tax services and planning, financial reporting service, business consulting, client accounting assistance, software support and implementation and accounting systems development.
